I’m still waiting for this to be sorted out, and it’s getting annoying. Every time I contact support, I feel like I’m just being sent in circles or asked the same things again without any real update. I just want a clear answer and for the issue to actually be resolved.

I had a look on pavers.co.uk hoping to find something a bit more modern, but a lot of the shoes felt quite plain or old fashioned to me. I’m always a bit wary when shopping online because I don’t want to be fooled by nice photos and then end up with something that looks totally different in person, so the styles really need to win me over. Some pairs looked fine for everyday wear, and the site itself was easy enough to browse, but the colours and designs just didn’t really stand out. There wasn’t much I’d actually feel excited to buy.

Ordering was straightforward and I found what I needed quickly, which I appreciated because I don’t have much patience for digging around a site. Checkout was clear, payment went through fine, and there weren’t any real issues. I’m giving 4 stars because I had to go back a couple times to double-check sizes, and that got a bit irritating, but overall it was easy enough.

Had to send a pair of shoes back because they were a bit too tight — typical, blame my feet I suppose. The returns section on pavers.co.uk was straightforward, and I got the label sorted without any hassle. Posted them back and got an email a few days later saying the refund had been done. The money came back quickly as well, so no complaints really. Really happy with how easy the whole thing was

Just a heads up for anyone buying from Pavers, I had a pair of shoes where the stitching started coming apart after only a few wears, which really shouldn’t happen. I emailed them and, it took a couple of days to get a reply, which was frustrating. To be fair, once they did get back to me, they were helpful and arranged a replacement without much hassle. So it ended okay in the end, but be prepared for a bit of a wait if you need customer service.

These shoes fit really nicely and feel super comfy right out of the box. the comfort for the price is kind of ridiculous. They also arrived quicker than I expected, so I’m happy with them.

I tried ordering a pair of shoes yesterday evening, it was more frustrating than I expected. At first the site was just slow, but after a few minutes the filters weren’t really working the way I thought they would, and every page seemed to take ages to load. I did eventually manage to place the order, but by the time I got through it all, it didn’t feel like a very smooth or enjoyable shopping experience.

The shoes showed up right when they said they would (always a relief). The box was a little bashed up, but everything inside was totally fine. I’d happily order from them again.

My first take: the shoes are fine, no real complaints there. But the delivery was way slower than I expected, which made the whole experience feel a bit disappointing.

The sale section is actually good too, I ended up getting some really comfy shoes for less than I expected. whoever runs this is making it way too easy to keep checking back for deals. Delivery was fine, no issues there, and overall I’d say it’s decent value. Not the absolute cheapest, but fair for the quality...

The staff were really helpful, and I managed to find a comfy pair of shoes easily. I think other customers would appreciate the service too. The only small downside was having to wait a bit at the till, but overall it was a good experience

I tried to order a pair of shoes that were showing as in stock, but after I paid, I was told they weren’t actually available. that’s ridiculous and just wasted my time. I usually like Pavers, but the website really needs to be kept up to date better because this was a poor experience.

I had a 20% off code I was trying to use, but checkout kept rejecting it no matter what I did. I reached out to customer service and they basically just told me to try again later, which wasn’t really helpful. It felt like a totally preventable waste of time

Got my normal size from pavers.co.uk and they fit just how I hoped. Was a bit worried they might rub or feel tight, like online shoes sometimes do, but nope all good. Really happy I didnt have to mess about sending them back. Comfy straight away from first wear.
